Return & Refund Policy — Libas E Watan

At Libas E Watan, we take great care to ensure that every piece you receive reflects our craftsmanship and quality standards. Because our garments are made with premium fabrics and handled with utmost care, we follow a transparent and fair return policy for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns only in the following cases:

🌍 International Orders

Due to international shipping customs, weight-based costs, and strict courier policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless:

The item received is incorrect, and

Clear proof (photos/videos) is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen brightness, and fabric texture. These are not considered defects.

✅ Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

A return or exchange is eligible if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, and

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Only items purchased directly from our official store are eligible.

Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund (only exchange in case of a mistake from our side).

3. Return Process (Pakistan Only)

If your return is approved:

You will ship the item back to us via TCS or LCS.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will:

Approve the exchange

Or issue store credit (valid for future purchases)

Cash refunds are not offered except in special situations where a replacement is not possible.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when:

The item is out of stock, or

The return is due to our error and no replacement is available.

Refunds are processed via:

Bank transfer (Pakistan)

The original payment method (International)

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Custom-sized outfits

Altered garments

Accessories

Items damaged after use

Products with perfume, stains, or wear marks

8. Proof Required (Very Important)
