International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, SkyNet, and other leading courier partners.

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (may vary by destination).

Delivery Charges: Automatically calculated at checkout according to destination and order weight.

Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

You’ll be notified by email once your order is shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and tracking number. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We deliver nationwide through TCS and LCS.

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your city and order weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all cities across Pakistan.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
